Business Data Analyst I

* This position is in the Credit Operations File Management & Reconciliation department responsible for the accurate and timely tracking and loading of acquisition files to the preprocessor and data warehouse systems.
* Provide root cause analysis and determine corrective action of rejected records as required.
* Perform reconciliation of sales data from vendors on a daily and by campaign basis.
* Track vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements in relation to data file transfer and data integrity.
* Provide ad-hoc research of data to identify trends.
REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Independent problem solver with a high level of organizational skills.
* Ability to interact effectively with all areas of the business to include IT, Telemarketing Vendor Managers, MIS, Vendors, Project Managers, etc. and effectively tailor communication content and style to audience.
* Candidate should also be meticulous with keen attention to detail while not loosing sight of the big picture.
