Business Analyst - Tax Audits

Create reports and provide required documentation to auditors. Research and analyze audit work papers for accuracy. Reconcile audit workpapers to various tax reports. Coordinate the acquisition of tax information from business partners. Perform source cause analysis and determine reasons for audit assessments.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance related field. Minimum 2 years experience in Sales and Use Tax, preferably with some experience in Personal Property Tax as well. Strong research and analytical skills. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate successfully with auditors. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment. Experience with Vertex/Quantum, PTMS, or PTS a plus.
