Branch Services Representative

Under minimal supervision, provides customer service by responding to all questions/concerns and executing all transactional requests including cash transactions. Service can be provided through face to face, telephone, electronic, and written communications. Opens individual and business accounts and processes all related documents as required. Responsible for proper handling of assigned cash. Coordinates transactions and requests with Central Operations, Operations Liaison and other support departments when necessary. Assists with completion of branch certifications. Provides assistance, leadership and training to lower level BSR’s when necessary. May perform branch vault functions including cash shipments. Recognize and generate cross-sell opportunities to ensure deposit growth and retention. Complies with all Bank policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or equivalent. 3 to 5 years’ previous branch operations experience in a commercial bank environment. 1-year sales experience desirable. A broad knowledge of all bank products, services, regulatory policies and procedures are required. Fully proficient in branch new accounts procedures and thorough understanding of required documentation for all personal and business accounts. Excellent interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills are essential. Good numerical aptitude.
