Branch Manager I-III (San Bernardino)

First Financial Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in our San Bernardino branch. Position will manage a large full service Credit Union Branch to develop deposit,loan business, new members, and ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures. Implement programs for cross-selling, employee sales knowledge, competitive analysis performance.First Financial Credit Union began in 1933 and has assets over $500 million. REQUIREMENTS
Requires 3 or more years experience in managing a branch of a credit union or bank. Must have working knowledge of branch operations and activities, excellent cash handling experience, effective oral and written communications skills, and basic accounting skills. Must have personal computer skills including Word and Excel, basic knowledge of Human Resource laws, strong analytical skills, strong team-building and coaching skills.
