BRANCH MANAGER

Currently we are seeking a qualified BRANCH MANAGER to provide leadership with an emphasis on sales production & service quality in our Ocean Shores Branch.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day operations of this full-service branch. This position provides their team with leadership & direction to achieve sales, service and member satisfaction goals, while promoting our brand values in support of our strategic growth plan. Primary duties involve implementing successful sales strategies; training and mentoring team members; and building strong community relationships.

Ideal candidate will posses the following qualifications: Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team; excellent verbal & written communication skills; intermediate PC skills, be enthusiastic, professional & exhibit initiative; genuine interest in community activities. Preferred qualifications include at least two years supervisory experience in a financial institution.
