Branch Manager

Local desert bank will be adding a Branch Manager to their team of professionals! Branch Manager is responsible for managing and counseling all branch personnel to ensure that activities are at all times responsive to customer needs, sales are focused and operationally in compliance with established procedures, as well as develops, implements, and manages sales and service programs. The Branch Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of personnel.
