Branch Customer Serv Rep

RESPONSIBLITIES:Coordinate the development of interfaces between Control Z, ELI and Fidelity system and other third party process that may be possible (i.e. First American Real Estate Tax, etc.)Coordinate information between Draw Administration & Construction Loan Servicing.Coordinate & develop interfaces with the Bank's GL system.Coordinate CLCS policy and procedures with other Bank users that are using the same system.Analyze & maintain the Construction Loan product data on CLCS mortgage servicing.Review, calculate, and ensure the accuracy of all construction loan interest rate payment changes for each particular Construction product. This includes verifying index values and complying with specific Regulation Z notification guidelines.Coordinate the integration of new construction products onto the CLCS system. Review, analyze and interpret loan documents & analyze system requirements through individual loan testing.Review all processing of Contruction Loan Extensions, Conversions, and Modifications documents to determine accuracy and that the system is properly maintained & that all documentation is in compliance with applicable Federal laws, investor guidelines and the Bank policy.Analyze & research customer correspondence.Ensure Customer billing statements are accurate and generated timely.Ensure payment of all hazard insurance and tax disbursements are made in a timely manner.Interact with Secondary Marketing & the Legal department to ensure that all system data is in accordance with the particular product requirements & it complies w/ State & Federal regulations.Inform & train other Mortgage Servicing Departments of new Construction products and system enhancements.Perform all department managerial tasks including performance evaluations, departmental budget, time sheets, FIDICIA, and monthly reports to senior management & dissemination of information from management meeeting.Prepare & maintain departmental policies & procedures & Disaster Recovery Plan.Manage any special projects as assined.JOB REQUIREMENTS:5 years experience in Construction Loan Servicing.2 years of management experience.Must possess PC Skills including spreadsheet management & word processing.Previous experience with CLCS software preferred.Bachelors degree; courses in Mortgage Banking or related fields.
