current nine-county region, and raise our level of sales and service to our
members, we are adding a
number of newly created positions to support our growth.WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT REGIONAL MANAGER(Contra Costa)
Assists assigned Branch Managers and their management team in developing and
promoting an environment that builds excellent member service,
professionalism, encourages top performance and creates accountability within
designated divisional area. Works directly with the VP, Operations and the VP,
Sales and Service to develop comprehensive sales and service strategies.
Ensures maximum production
potential in meeting established credit union goals and objectives while
maintaining a visible presence in the local communities. Serves as Travis
Credit Union's liaison to civic groups, schools and other community
organizations in the Contra Costa area. Minimum five years of financial branch
management experience is required with an emphasis in business development,
sales, and marketing. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
Professional development courses in business, banking, leadership and
management or related subjects are required. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Responsible for analyzing training and learning techniques and trends,
conducting research to proactively assess training needs and requirements
throughout the organization, assisting in the development, implementation and
administration of all training and development programs to include soft
skills, operations training and manage -ment/ employee development and
supervising the Training& Development department staff of 4. Requires minimum
4 years experience in program analysis, development/design and delivering of
employee training to include a strong focus on soft skills,
management/employee development and technical operations, preferably in a
financial institution. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferably in a
training environment. BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience. FOR
