* Sell 15 CBAW programs annually to companies with 500+ employees in Retail Branch Trade Area.

* Facilitate a minimum number of worksite activities (onsites, seminars) at sold companies (number of activities based upon company size), by utilizing local Bank at Work resources.

* Achieve 7% checking penetration of employee base at sold companies over 2 years

* Relationship-manage sold companies, serving as a single point of contact nationally for client companies at the corporate level.

* Generate referrals from counterparts across Citigroup.

* Act as sales resource and representative of Citibank at Work National Team to local Citibank North America Management.

* Incorporate Citibank North America values into all activities.



REQUIREMENTS


* Previous outside, end-user sales experience a must

* Bachelor's degree required

* Demonstrated history of successful sales experience a must

* Presentation experience required

* Prior management experience preferred

* Banking or Financial Services experience preferred but not required

* Excellent sales and presentation skills

* Ability to generate referrals from internal Citigroup sources

* Excellent professional presence

* Willing to travel and/or relocate

* New relationship acquisition, relationship building, and sales management skills

* Demonstrated track record of delivering sales results

* Strong process/project management skills
