AUTO FINANCE COLLECTORS NEEDED IMMEDIATLEYLarge captive auto finance company in Fountain Valley is seeking a strong collections representative to join there growing organization.We are currently looking for experienced Back End Auto Collectors
Duties:
Make outbound and receive inbound calls and accurately document all information all information pertaining to accounts on the collections system.
Adaptability to a fast paced environment.
Create and follow payment plans.
Arrange electronic payments with organized follow-up.
Utilize available skip tracing tools
Identify / track assignments and repossessionsPrepare and submit charge-off files
Offer due date changes, deferments and extensions when appropriateAssist with inbound callsAssist in minimizing losses for the department
Follow all state and federal regulations regarding collections procedures.
Maintain great client relations.
Ability to change quickly with the needs of a growing company.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in debt collections AUTO A HUGE PLUS
Ability to negotiate while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
Proven track record in agency or bad debt recovery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer skills required Outlook, Excel, and Word.
