We’re looking for at LEAST ONE person (Assistant Branch Manager/Recruiter/Operations) & possibly a 2nd person (Recruiter for both Direct Hire/Temp-to-Hire positions).

As an Assistant Branch Manager your responsibilities involve overseeing the Irvine team of recruiters/staffing specialists, & includes recruiting, filling orders, mentoring, & leading by example. Other duties include oversight of operations for the branch. You’ll have the freedom & autonomy to determine your own success for the Orange County territory. Your efforts & successes will reward you financially. Our competitive salary package includes the most aggressive commission & bonus structure in the industry. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience & education.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS: 2-to-5 years of staffing industry experience. 4-year college degree is STRONGLY preferred. Steady work history required -- No job hoppers.
