Summary of Responsibilities of Assistant Branch Manager:
Under general direction of supervisor, directs platform and teller activities to provide efficient high quality customer service, achieve retail sales targets, and deliver service profitably through a well-trained and motivated staff. Must also be proficient in performing all duties of a Personal Banker.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma. Two-year college degree preferred (in business or management) or equivalent banking industry experience.

Job Skills:
Must have teller/customer service supervisory experience and be a proven team leader with exceptional sales and customer service skills. Must possess advanced knowledge of the banks operational policies and procedures. Must posses personal leadership skills encompass an ability to work well under pressure, and have good communication skills.
