Discover how you can be a part of what's next.Assistant Banking Center Manager (Floater)Responsible for assisting the Banking Center Manager with supervision of banking center staff (teller and/or new accounts) and excellent customer service delivery. you will also be responsible for assisting in the development of banking center staff, which includes writing/conducting performance reviews and interviewing/hiring new employees.To qualify, you must have 3 years' Banking Center Operational and Retail/Banking Sales experience. you must also have 2 years' Management/Supervisory and 1 year Staff Development experience.At Comerica, we're committed to helping employees succeed.
