The Asset CARE Process Manager is responsible to increase equipment reliability and availability and optimize inventory levels by managing maintenance craft personnel on single or multiple shifts. This is accomplished by having the correct structure, resources, and processes to execute work plans. This role ensures the application of Asset CARE Processes such as Manage Plant Maintenance Reliability Strategy, Perform Routine Maintenance, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, and Overhaul maintenance. This will result in improved Factory Efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, improved product quality, reduced waste, and optimized spare parts inventory levels. The Asset CARE Process Manager is committed to both Operations and Maintenance objectives. Key responsibilities: Ensures Optimum Plant Reliability and Efficiency through the implementation of World Class Maintenance Strategies. Ensures the plant equipment has well established plans for the useful operating life. Optimizes the maintenance budget through effective maintenance and resource allocation strategies. Oversees the implementation of the Planning and Scheduling and related processes, ensuring strict adherence to common practices, employing management of change processes when gaps are identified in existing processes. Establishes and maintains the partnership between operations and maintenance to ensure the most effective management of plant relaibility. Progresses the organization toward World Class Operations through leadership of teams including craft resource groups, indirect leadership of team craft personnel, and planning personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related work experience. 7+ to 10 years exposure to Asset CARE and WC Maintenance principles is required
