GREENPOINT MORTGAGE, the 5th largest Wholesale Mortgage Lender in the country, is actively recruiting an Appraisal Management Sr. Analyst for is Appraisal Management department. In this role you will:
Monitor GreenPoint appraiser database to ensure accurate, complete and current information.
Analyze appraisal risks and recommend appraiser status changes using excel spreadsheet, value models, and other pertinent information.
Obtain information from various internal and external sources to update the appraiser database
and retain documentation.
Interact with appraisers via phone and letters to inform them of their current status.
Assist manager on special projects.Essential Skills
College degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years mortgage banking experience, or real estate field.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of computer systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Detail Oriented.
Ability to work independently with multiple assignments.
Able to answer questions professionally under pressure situations.Job Requirements
