Application Support Specialist (Credit Union experience)

Application Support Specialist, needed for Symitar location in San Diego, CA. Position will be working with clients and other Symitar departments on requirements gathering, project scoping and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Will be responsible for assisting clients with the implementation of custom programming requirements and core modules. Will analyze, design, document, test, and implement post conversion projects. Will perform analysis to develop design specifications for projects and facilitate efforts with clients and users across all departments in order to deliver concise business requirements to clients, users and programming.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Credit Union employment and exceptional project management, communication, and organizational skills. Primary responsibilities will involve implementation of Post Conversion Projects through all phases from specification gathering to final production including redesign/troubleshooting. Candidate must possess an analytical mind set geared to problem solving and detailed work. Symitar system knowledge preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills a MUST. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work under pressure is a necessity.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
