Application Educator

Application Educator needed for the Birmingham, Alabama location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide JHA clients with courses designed to train and familiarize new and existing users with company products and services. Incumbents generally provide training courses to clients who are undergoing a product installation/conversion, as well as, those who request continuing education. Training courses and workshops are conducted either at a client's location or at a JHA location depending upon the needs of the client. 10-20% travel. Duties Include: 1. Provide training for new and current customers via webex and onsite. 2. Customize training materials and procedures for each customer situation. 3. Provides customer follow-up on any questions asked during training that require post-training research 4. Makes sure all questions are answered timely and thoroughly. 5. Document enhancements for each new release. 6. Create training materials based on customer feedback and needs assessment. 7. Train current and new employees on policies, procedures and new enhancements. 8. Performs any special tasks and projects assigned by manager or supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate will have 2 + years training or education experience with a background in banking. Must have basic PC and word processing skills. Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated commitment in service is required. 10-20% travel. Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
