job description Position Description: Major Responsibilities: Create and run reports and queries to identify overdue TCard and Pcard charges. Monitor the imaging systems and create reports to identify the missing ones and proceed to collect them. Process reimbursements for all Candidate/Interview expenses for Sprint Nextel. Process final reimbursements for terminated employees via PeopleSoft. Monitor the various systems for pre and post audits and imaging queues. Conduct PCard and TCard training conference calls on a monthly basis. Provide the best level of customer service to all employees and management in regards to the commercial card and expense programs. Always strive to streamline and improve processes and results for the program.Minimum Qualifications: (Job related skills, experience, and education): B.A. or B.S. preferred or 2-3 years of relevant experience. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access (preferred but not required). Knowledge and functioning ability in PeopleSoft or other financial software. Attention to detail and ability to multitask is essential.
