Account Executive, Wholesale

Responsible for contacting mortgage brokers and selling Argent products and services. Perform all duties in accordance with Argent policies and procedures and all state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities include:
Contacting and setting up wholesale mortgage brokers. Advise brokers of any changes to Argent loan programs, rates and/or policies. Act as liaison between broker and Argent loan processing staff. Assist in protecting Argents assets through careful review of broker activity. Provide Regional Sales Manager with timely production reports. Ensure all compliance regulations are met. Other duties as assigned or required.
Successful candidates will have:
Minimum of 2 years as a wholesale sales representative (1 year subprime). Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in operating computers applications and navigating the internet. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work with minimum supervision. High School diploma or equivalent. REQUIREMENTS
