Account Executive, Internal Sales

Our Inside Sales Account Executive develops business relationships with mortgage brokers and bankers throughout the country with the intention of selling Argent products and services.<BOLD>Responsibilities include:</BOLD>Establishing and continuing broker relationships to
ensure a steady flow of loan applications for existing and newly approved Argent
customers
Advising mortgage brokers and bankers of Argent loan programs, rates and/or policies
Acting as a liaison between brokers, bankers and Argent loan processing
staffAssisting in protecting Argent assets through careful ongoing review of broker or banker activity
Providing sales management with timely production pipeline reports, projections, etc.
Ensuring all compliance regulations are met<BOLD>Successful candidate will have:</BOLD>
Minimum of 2 years experience in wholesale mortgage or as a sales representative
Minimum of 1 years experience in sub-prime wholesale mortgage sales preferred
Bachelors Degree preferred
Demonstrated sales performance with a concentration in telesales
Proven ability to establish and reach realistic sales goals
Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations
Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication
skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills with superior attention
to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision
