Soliciting and maintaining business within the mortgage bankers community. Recommending WNF products available that match client needs.
Providing personal service to clients.PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Meeting with bankers to generate sales either face to face or over phone.
Appraising bankers regarding current rates and programs available.
Reviewing potential loans and recommending appropriate products that correspond to client's needs and goals.
Managing or co-managing pipeline to close.
Pre-approve loans for further processing.
Being aware of our latest products and investors.
Managing loan level pricing and fees consistent with corporate revenue objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma. Some college, or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing and/or Finance desirable, or equivalent 2-3 years in mortgage, banking, finance industry required.
Proven Sales experience.
RE Sales/ Broker License helpful.KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Basic PC skills and Windows knowledge. Customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent follow-up skills.
Underwriting, processing, funding experience helpful.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Articulate speaker with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be detail oriented and organized
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be flexible, personable and have an even temperament.
Must possess a valid drivers license, insurance and no traffic convictions/citations i.e. DUI, DWI etc.) Reliable Auto transportation. Ability to work evenings as necessary.
