AVP, Sales (B2B)
AVP, Sales B2B Essential Job Function: Responsible for supporting the 1st Vice President, Sales & Operations in the development, planning, management and implementation of all those components related to Sales and Processing groups of the B2B Division of Full Spectrum Lending that will continue to grow and develop a world-class subprime sales force.The group is projected at over 30 account executives/customer service reps, 15 or more operations personnel (processors, etc.) that will drive lead volume goals through Business Partner channels while continuing to build strong brand identity for FSL-B2B Division. Manage and maintain quality assurance of to FSL Compliance guidelines/policy and procedures. Implement and maintain effective guidelines and policies, as well as quality control procedures. Provides sales and operations direction and leadership to increase the loan originations within the B2B Division.Responsibilities:
Directly manage Sales and Processing managers and some account executives to drive sales and marketing campaigns.
Oversee the development and implementation of sales initiatives to drive profitable/efficient loan volume: sales support rewards/promotions, recruitment, hiring, training, lead conversion, sales tool development, compensation and staff communications.
Oversee the development and implementation of the groups (Sales and Processing) that will support the marketing initiatives to drive the B2B Division application volume: local marketing support, media /branding initiatives, and Business Partner production channels.
Interface with B2B senior management for approval and implementation of sales/processing initiatives.
Maintain ongoing follow-up of effectiveness of sales and processing while meeting quality assurance standards as set by FSLI.
Stay abreast of pricing policies and implement necessary awareness by staff.
Handle human resource issues, including performance reviews as needed.Preferred Skills/Education:
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required. College course work, with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Communication, or related field, preferred.
Knowledge of the laws regulating the B/C Mortgage Banking industry.
Working knowledge of wholesale lending practices, programs and products.
Effective interpersonal communications skills, to include stand-up, telephone and face-to-face selling skills.
Ability to multi-task.
PC proficiency (Lotus Notes, Excel, Microsoft Word).
Knowledge of wholesales lending products, pricing, programs and services.
Minimum of 10 years of successful and progressively responsible experience in the Mortgage Banking industry, preferably to include district or area management.
