3rd Shift Customer Support Technician (10pm - 6:30am)

Description:
A growing Windows web hosting company is currently hiring fulltime Qualified Widows 2003 Server administrators as Customer Support Technicians. Candidate will troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions for customers via phone and email, in a courteous and professional manner. Candidates should have some server administration experience and have excellent work ethic and attitude. We offer competitive benefits, including medical/dental, and 401K. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
-Strong Windows 2003 server administration knowledge
-Experience with Mail Server and Database administration.
-Must have knowledge of IIS6 (Internet Information Server)
-Excellent work ethic, punctual, reliable, ambitious
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
-Must possess excellent customer service and problem solving skills
-Prior technical phone and email support
-Familiar with web based scripting languages such as ASP.NET, ColdFusion, Perl, and PHP.
-Knowledge of Linux including Bind and Apache is a plus!
