Set up and implement tests with minimal supervision

Attention to detail, document test results using computer data entry and or electric summarization

Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing

Self starter,able to work within a team environment

Contribute to the overall success to the electrowinning operation

Will be required to safely and effectively perform all EW duties including: ability to operate overhead crane, sample preparation, housekeeping, forklift operations, cell maintenance, possible other heavy equipment operations and other tasks as assigned

Support, maintain and perform minor repairs within our process

Collect and process metallurgical samples as required

Operation and troubleshooting of bench scale and pilot plant facilities

Use of equipment for chemical and physical analysis and reporting data appropriately using handwritten and computer data entry

Perform routine physical tasks, such as removing copper from EW plating cells, cleaning plating cells, maintaining plating equipment and general fabrication

Operate forklift, jib and 2-ton overhead crane, and other equipment pertaining to any process within the facility

Lay out and fabricate support equipment for varied test units

Monitor, maintain, and adjust plant parameters using analytical techniques
- High school diploma or GED.

Excellent safety and attendance record, including diligent SOAR completion record

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds safely

Able to maintain positive, can do attitude

Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong interpersonal skills

Ability and desire to learn, focusing on math, chemistry and general SXEW concepts

Must be able to participate in a team-based work environment.

Must be proactive and goal oriented.

Must be computer proficientPreferred Qualifications:
One year SX/EW operational and/or laboratory experience

Mathematical, chemical and /or electrical or instrumentation background

Experience in troubleshooting and repair/maintenance

Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform other labor intensive tasks

May include twelve-hour schedule with total plant responsibility. Schedule flexibility required for vacation coverage and overtime as needed~cb~
