Store Outside Sales Person

Sales and Marketing Responsibilities
Some post secondary education preferred.
Candidate MUST be comfortable performing in a quota driven environment, with strong high volume business background.
Ensure customer sales and service needs are met on a routine basis, building and expanding accounts and relationships as needed, especially with AutoCare dealers and National Accounts.
Candidate will work to improve profitability with given accounts, conduct sales and promotional seminars, clinics and presentations when needed while always keep a constant pulse on the competition.Management and Location Responsibilities

Dress code and neat personal appearances at all times.As a local sales person you will be responsible for calling on & supporting new and existing customers for this NAPA store location.

You will be promoting the entire NAPA line of products and store services to increase market penetration.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to perform in quota driven environment. Excellent at prospecting and cold calling skills while maintaining current customers and business needs. Individual will be required to perform educational seminars, clinics and presentations on NAPA product lines and services. Individual will have knowledge of Auto Care and National Accounts programs, and utilize factory representatives when needed. Must be willing to attend weekly sales meetings supporting a team environment while always striving to be the "top performer" and driving business for the retail store.Must be willing to work some evenings, weekends and holidays if needed and assist in collections on accounts if needed.Must be willing to work on the front counter when needed. Must have valid driver's license and provide own transportation.Positive enthusiastic role model, who has personal drive, motivation and takes initiative to accomplish personal and company goals. Willingness and ability to learn, with great problem solving skills. Great communication and listening skills, professional appearance a MUST.Must be willing to perform other tasks as assigned.Minimum age of 18.
