We are currently looking to fill one of our Store Manager positions. Advance Auto Parts managers are the key position in our organization. Managers are responsible for operating a fast-paced retail operation that is focused on providing the absolute best in customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for the following duties:

•Staffing
•Scheduling
•Training
•Merchandising
•Inventory management.

Advance Auto Parts Store Managers are expected to be leaders who have the capability of running a store as if it was their own, while maintaining company standards and generating a profit.

REQUIREMENTS
•3-5 years previous management experience is required.
•Automotive knowledge or experience is required as well.
•Must be well mannered, neat in appearance and posses the ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner.
•Previous work record to show stability and performance results.
•Should have automotive knowledge and/or parts experience, demonstrated parts knowledge as well as retail sales experience.
•Should possess demonstrated leadership and management skills.
•Retail Management experience
