Store Management Trainee

Job Description
Our Store Managment Trainee program offers candidates an opportunity to learn first hand how to manage retail and wholesale businesses. We are looking for motivated individuals for the position of management trainee at one of our automotive parts stores located throughout the United States.

During the 6 month, on-the-job training program you will be introduced to all operational aspects of our stores including

Business Management
People Management
Customer Management
Self Management

When the training is completed, Managment Trainees are placed into store management roles in one of our stores.

REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills
Local Candidates Only.

High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 year degree preferred
Retail experience desired
