Service Quick Lube Technician (Gulf Fwy)

Department: Store-Fixed OperationsDealer: 2514-CHAMPION CHEVROLET GULF FREEWAYJob Description: CHAMPION CHEVROLET MITZUBISHI GULF FWY IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED LUBE TECH TO JOIN OUR TEAM!!The Lube Technician position requires:Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance. Lube Technicians must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time & must be able to lift up to 70 pounds.Lube Technician Responsibilities include:Injects grease into units, such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun
Inspects fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings and shackles
Checks air pressure of tires
Lubricates moving parts with specific lubricants
Drains oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil
Spray leaf springs with lubricant, using spray gun
Replace oil and air filters

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience:
