Cummins NPower, the area’s exclusive engine and power generation systems distributor for Cummins and Onan products has a Service Advisor opening at our De Pere, WI location in our Field Service/Mobile department. As a Service Advisor you be the liason between the customer and the field service/mobile technicians. You will schedule and plan work for the diagnosis and repair of power gen sets for the field techs, process warranty claims, perform customer invoicing, etc... Related experience, excellent customer service, computer, multi-tasking and phone skills are required.
