Develop strategies and new products/positions to stimulate consumers to react.

Manage relationship between business partners and creative agencies to develop control beating strategies.

Facilitate brainstorming and strategy kickoffs with stakeholders to develop new creative, product and positioning tests.

Facilitate market research with consumers to develop new break through products.

Infuse the mind of the consumer into Capital One Auto Finance and all customer touch points.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of direct mail process and creative development.

Understanding of Internet Marketing and Customer Experience development.

Ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.

Team player, able to negotiate win/win solutions with multiple stakeholders.

Outside-the-box thinker who takes personal initiative constantly.

Flexibility and Multi-tasking a "must."

The right candidate will believe marketing and solving problems is a way of life not a job.

3+ years of marketing experience with an emphasis on direct to consumer marketing.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
