Job Description
Our salespeople are responsible for the entire customer experience. We understand that in today’s economy, customer service is the basis for all success, and therefore we expect our teams to be built with people who understand the importance of exceeding our customer’s expectations. You will greet customers as they enter the store, talk with them to understand their needs, make informed suggestions that will help the customer in making their decisions, generate orders based upon the customers needs, collect payment, schedule service appointments, track order to avoid delays, and develop long term relationships with customers and referrals. In addition, you will also be responsible for generating business from incoming phone calls; placing orders as well as developing interest and offering invitations to visit retail store.
Duties
Assist retail walk in customers
Answer inbound phone calls
Maintain close communication with service department
Review personal reports and communicate needs to management
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance industry knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to be coached, able to follow directions to meet goals, have motivation to learn daily, and desire to work for a company that allows unlimited growth. Sales experience is a must; industry experience is helpful but not mandatory. Experience with inbound phone sales and/or face-to-face retail sales is also beneficial.
