SERVICE WRITERS –
You will be an important member of our team that assists customers as they come into the dealership service area. You’ll initiate automotive service and repair orders; ascertain automotive problems, verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; prepare repair orders; maintain customer rapport, and maintain automotive records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have verifiable 2.5 hours per repair order and CSI above region performance.
