Regional Collision Director

Department: Corporate-OperationsDealer: AUTONATION CORPORATEJob Description: AutoNation American’s largest Automotive retailer is seeking 5 Regional Collision Directors to manage field collision operations. The RCD position will be accountable for the financial performance, coordinated marketing, customer relations, insurer relations, staffing, and overall coordination of regional collision operations.We are looking for 6 accomplished individuals that possess the ability, passion, & drive to create and share an inspired vision, motivate, train and lead a diverse management team to continuous improvement.Our Mission: To be America’s best run, most profitable automotive retailer.We’re Driven to deliver:

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Qualifications:
Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
5 years management experience in a multi unit environment .
Prior managerial accounting and P/L responsibility.
Successful business unit operational experience in a leadership role supervising multiple managers.
Reside in primary region of responsibility (Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix).
Valid driver’s license.Additional preferred qualifications:
Current in industry trends, process, and procedures.
Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrated project management, presentation, and training skills.
Exposure to advance production principles.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial operating reports.
