Production Supervisor

Purpose: We are currently hiring production managers for our Tier 1 automotive facility, located in Gadsden, Alabama. The perfect candidates will be able to:
-Manage and discipline in a union environment
- Assure the production of quality parts
-Make effective use of material and equipment
-Communicate effectively with upper management and subordinates
-Maintain production schedules
-Maintain efficient records and reports
-Comply with the terms of Local and National Agreement
-Work any hours and shift required
-Attend meetings as needed
