*Premium Service Specialist- 4 -6 years Customer Service Experience, located in Fullerton, California.

Kelly Automotive Services Group is seeking a candidate who is interested in a great opportunity to grow with one of our automotive customers. This candidate is someone who is an auto-enthusiast,has strong PC skills, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Access.

Excellent customer service, verbal/written and interpersonsonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Working in the Consumer Affairs Dept: Responsible for providing assistance to consumers and dealers on warranty/non-warranty issues, complaint resolution, product recommendation and technical information on top of the line tire products. Light travel for educational attendance to Trade shows, Ride & Drives, YTC dealer visits, etc.

Education:
High School Graduate, Bachelor's Degree desirable.
