Parts Director

One of the largest import dealerships in the nation located in the Phoenix metro area has an opening for an experienced Parts Director. You must be a hands on “people person” that can motivate and direct a large staff and turn them into a winning team. Our CSI and ESI are a top priority, along with RETAIL, WHOLESALE AND INTERNET sales. You will be in charge of every aspect of this very large parts dept., including expense control, marketing, forecasting, inventory control and staffing. Stable management staff with an exceptional service dept. and plenty of internal work. We are looking for a self starter, goal orientated, take charge leader that is honest and ethical and is as much of a “Sales Director” as “Parts Director”. You will be in charge of your own destiny with unlimited income potential and plenty of room for advancement. Yes, we ask a lot however the rewards are more than worth while.
