Internet Sales Specialist

The Internet Sales Specialist will be responsible for responding to internet inquires regarding both new and pre-owned cars trucks and sport utilities. Once the consumers are contacted it is the responsibility of the internet sales specialist to set an appointment with and sell a vehicle to the prospective customer. Benefits of selling as an internet specialist include a preferred compensation plan, more schedule flexibility and a strong flow of potential customers that are using the various web based information sources to shop for a vehicle. The internet sales specialist will also:

· Work to increase conversions from leads to shown appointments

· Learn how to negotiate the deals they have in process themselves

· Follow up with all web leads, phone leads and direct mail response created by the fleet dept.

· Be accountable to the fleet manager to meet production goals.


The internet sales specialist is expected to be a detail oriented regarding customer follow up, committed to high customer satisfaction and posses the desire to create great personal reward .
