HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - Automotive Tier One
needed immediately for our "TOP 10" industry leading client at their new facility located just an hour west of Atlanta.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree required with 8+ years HR Generalist experience and 4+ years managing others in a fast-paced JIT manufacturing environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention-to-detail, an optimistic "whatever-it-takes" attitude, and the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously will be the keys to success in this challenging senior management position. Must come from a manufacturing environment, NOT services or distribution. Solid PC proficiency required. Hands-on knowledge of payroll administration, EHS management, employment law, and union-free management principles. Competitive salary commensurate with education and total HR experience.

SCOPE/RESPONSIBILITIES: Prime responsibility for the establishment and implementation of improved HR systems and procedures for a recently launched facility with 500+ employees running a 3-shift manufacturing operation. Responsibility for maintaining complete and effective HR functions including hiring, training programs, administering employment policy, EHS and more. Daily interaction with workforce and the management team.
