We're looking for people who can make a difference because we believe that an innovative oriented team can accomplish anything!As a Service Technician you will be responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.Primary Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean
Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidates will have:
Must have 2 or more years of experience working as a Honda technician
Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving goals
Outstanding communication skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Great attitude with a high-energy personality
Superior customer service skills
Two years automotive mechanical experience or automotive trade school
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Ability to exercise good judgement
Valid drivers license and good driving recordRequired Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have technical aptitude displayed by ASE certification or successful completion of pre-employment test
