Field sales representative

AUTOBOSS USA is a leading manufacturer of diagnostic and service equipments for automotive service professionals. Products lines include diagnostic scan tools, oscilloscopes, air conditioning recharging/ recycling stations, wheel aligner, etc. Since established in 1997, AUTOBOSS continues to extend its international market and has won good reputation, and today it has successfully sold the products to the United States, Europe, Central and South America, the Middle East, South Africa, and Asia.We are currently seeking highly motivated success driven sales people that want flexibility in their career and the potential to make $80K or more per year.
Function: A sale rep position is open in the Peninsula area (From San Francisco down to San Jose) to increase the market share of our products. This will be achieved by aggressive exposure of our products to our customers through sales calls/visits.
Sales call requirements: To make at least 40 face-to-face sales call/visits to prospective/ existing customers per week within the territory.Reporting responsibility: The sale reps will report to the general manager. Weekly customer profile reports need to be completed and turned in by noon every Monday.
Expense responsibilities: All business expenses should be kept to a minimum. Copies of receipts associated with the business expenses (e.g. gas) should be submitted to the general manager for reimbursement.
Time allocation: An initial sales and product training will be provided during the 1st two weeks. After the two-week training, 90% of the time should be allocated for new account development, 10% in administrative and training duties.Management expectations: It is expected that the sale rep will become a successful addition to the company and continuously learn, grow, and find a rewarding career in this company.
Territory: The current open territory for this position is San Francisco-Penninsula-San Jose area.Customers: Independent general auto repair shops, service stations, body shops (total of 2,000+ shops)Quota and revenue expectations: A monthly quota of $30,000 in sales is expected after the 1st three months.
