Field Service Engineer

MSX International is actively searching for a Field Service Engineer (FSE). The FSE will support the OEM dealers to diagnose vehicles that the dealer cannot fix. The main objective for the OEM is to drive up the dealer Fix It Right First Time rate, avoid repair come backs and improve customer satisfaction and overall service experience. The selected candidate will provide second level of support to the dealer following the 1st level, being the technical hotline. It is also the last chance to get the vehicle fixed. The position is 100% in the field, visiting dealers at the request of the technical hotline or the OEM technical department. There will be interaction with the technical hotline, field staff and dealership staff.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be a Certified Master Technician. They must posses 6 years of strong technical automotive skills and experience. 6-10 years of experience working in a dealership service department. Strong analytical skills, business writing skills, verbal, interpersonal and human relations skills. They must be independent, autonomous, organized. This position requires a high degree of competence with, MS Word and Excel.
