You’ll need a working knowledge of the internet and basic computer skills in order to effectively strategize with your team and direct their efforts. Experience selling media/advertising or into the automotive industry may give you additional knowledge that makes you able to start creating success for your team even faster.Responsibilities:
•Meet revenue goals.
•Ensure great service for existing accounts.
•Develop strong relationships with your dealer principles and key team members.
•Develop employees and keep headcount and turnover at acceptable levels.
•Manage your budget effectively and be able to forecast headcount, revenue and expenses.
•Know the competition and how to sell against it.Job Requirements

Qualifications:
•5 years proven success in outside sales management
•Previous experience in media/advertising sales AND/OR experience selling into automobile dealerships a PLUS
•Proven experience being a top performer in past sales jobs/sales management jobs
•Ability to use internet and MS Office well
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor
•History of successfully developing and coaching a sales staff to exceed goals
