Customer Service Technician

Leader Industries, Inc. owns and operates two catalog/ e-commerce automotive parts stores that specialize in Pontiac Fieros and Honda Accords. We currently seek a certified automotive technician with advanced knowledge of Pontiac Fieros and/or Honda Accords to field phone calls that require us to help our customers perform installations and repairs. The chosen applicant will be involved in all aspects of daily operations, including purchasing/receiving, shipping, product development, and non-technical customer service. Chosen applicant must be proficient in Windows based applications, excellent people skills, proper grammar/writing skills, the patience of a saint and must pay exceptionally close attention to details. Applicants must speak fluent English, desire responsibility, work well under pressure, and be able to lift 75lbs. The ability to speak Spanish is desired but not required.
