Customer Service Supervisor

Non-profit organization is seeking a detail oriented person to supervise customer service operations within an auto donation program. This is a rewarding and challenging position for someone who has a desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities include providing daily direction and training to customer service representatives, resolving customer needs, accurately tracking and entering auto inventory data, and recording transactions, including title information, without errors.
REQUIREMENTS
Job qualifications include experience in customer service,in an auto related position, experience in cash handling and working with Microsoft Office. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be able to work alternating Saturdays. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required.
