CSR – Previous experience using or selling automotive paint REQUIRED!

taking phone orders
waiting on walk-in customers
ensuring that the customer is taken care of and satisfied
pulling and invoicing orders efficiently and accurately

REQUIREMENTS
previous experience in the collision repair/automotive paint industry required
minimum 2 years previous customer service experience
bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred
good communication skills
functional computer skills
strong planning and organizational skills
proven ability to operate effectively in a team oriented environment
minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
