Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assiting customers with their automotive parts and accessories needs (either in-person or via telephone).
Must be proficient with determining correct application for any/all automotive related component parts and accessories.
Utilizing a cash drawer, computer and paper cataloging system and processing daily paperwork and forms.

Effectively communicating features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers,
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appeatance at all times,
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Skills
Ideal candidates will possess:

Prior automotive aftermarket parts supply background and/or knowledge, ASE (P2) Parts Certification is a definite plus,
Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and oral),
A positive attitude and great personal drive,
A willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced retail sales environment.

Availabilty to work on weekends and holidays.
Prior knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems are helpful.

Valid driver's license at least 18 years of age.

Both a pre-employment drug screen and background check are required for all applicants for this position.
