Job Description:
1. Run and improve CNC and conv. punch equipment.
2. Develop preventive maintenance schedules for lab equipment.
3. Improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and improve capability of equipment.
4. Work as part of a team, cross trained in other areas, to satisfy current and future customer requirements, as well as primary assignments.
5. Improve response time to customer, meet commit dates.
6. Ensure ISO audit compliance of the lab and all active personnel therein.
7. Ensure all systems are fully documented within lab.
8. Develop advanced process techniques for competitive advanced orifices.
9. Interact with internal customers, providing excellent customer service.
10. Set up precision dies for orifices for samples and production, per schedule. This position potentially requires time shared maintenance responsibility for equipment operation 24/7, 365 to avoid customer shutdown potential.

Techniques: CNC operation and use. CNC equipment and control to precision tolerances. 3+ yrs of punch press experience. High volume, lean manufacturing environment/experience preferable. Strip stainless material handling systems experience in conjuntion with dies.

5 Yrs experience in tooling and progressive carbide dies, design and/or manufacture.

Experience with micron level tolerances. Sheet metal stamping process experience preferred in this area.

AS in applicable field or equivalent certification.
