As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
A) Selling Tires and Service
B) Associate Capability and Retention
C) Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty
D) Creating Results for Associates, Customers, and the Company

You will be involved in every aspect of the store operation, this position involves a commitment to building associate and customer satisfaction. While selecting, coaching and developing store associates, you'll be responsible for merchandising, advertising and promotion of our products and services. Success at this level can open up a wealth of additional challenging career opportunities for you.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be highly motivated, customer friendly, must enjoy a fast pace busy enviroment, and be able to handle several tasks at one time.

Demonstrated success in retail sales / management experience, and the drive and desire to be one of the best.
