Automotive Sales Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES - include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



Automotive Sales Associate sells and leases new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The Automotive Sales Associateis responsible overall commitment customer service which includes providing test drives, explanation of product performance, application and benefits to prospective. The Automotive Sales Associate duties also include the following:



Follows dealership procedure.
Attends product and sales training courses.
Abides by and has knowledge of federal, state and local laws which govern retail Automotive Sales.
Approaches, greets and offers assistance to customers.



The Automotive Sales Associate is expected to maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to the overall customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Great Product, Great Management Team. We are looking for high energy, quality team players to ad to our staff. Our top salesperson made in excess of 145k last year. Pinnacle Nissan and Infiniti sell more than 7,000 units per year.
Our growth was over 25% last year and we are beating those #'s.

Great Benefits, 401k program than matches at 26% this year.

We deal with the high end credit customers in N. Scottsdale with income that can buy these cars.

We are #1 in the valley for lots of reasons, # 1 is our staff. We have the lowest turnover rate in the valley. We have great pay plans. For example; if you can sell 60 cars in 6 months or less you can earn a $4,000 bonus paid in cash. Hard? Well, we paid it out 54 times last year!
