REQUIREMENTS
Automotive Mechanic

Qualifications, the successful candidate must possess the following:
• 1-2 years experience in an service related industry is preferred. Some college or high school degree a plus. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in truck or automotive repair. ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to use heavy truck and automotive repair tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform front end repairs and alignments on automotive, heavy service and over the highway equipment.
• Must be able work with all shop equipment and tools.
• Performs needed service repair as scheduled by service manager.
• Responsible for verifying that all work performed is complete and test drive vehicle to insure that a safe and competent job has been done.
• Experience with industrial quality, safety and productivity programs and standards.
• Must be flexible to assist the service department as required.
• Manual dexterity is required to use equipment and tools.
